IF YOU WANT TO SWIM BREASTSTROKE FASTER--BUY IT!
Outstanding review of breaststroke turns/pullouts by champion athletes (NCAA and USA World Championship team member Dave Denniston, and USA Olympian Glenn Mills). Analyzes the breaststroke (and, by extension, its corollary, butterfly) turn down into easily understandable steps. Undoubtedly will improve one's turns! Buying this video also helps pay the medical expenses of Dave Denniston. For those who don't know, Dave suffered a spinal injury that has left him (temporarily we hope and pray) without the use of his legs. See davedenniston.com for more info.

This is a really excellent DVD. It breaks down all the elements of good breast stroke turns, gives easy to understand explanations, and shows many different angles of each element. I particularly like how it includes shots of kids doing the elements incorrectly and explains why they are incorrect. This DVD can be used for a younger child (my child is 11) as well as for older swimmers because it includes all the basic skills as well as many sophisticated, subtle tips for the more advanced swimmers. This is definitely a DVD to watch over and over to learn and to practice the very many tips and skills.
