This is a very capabile stopwatch with about every function you can think of. The mutiple countdown timer functions are prefect for the Crossfit Tabata intervals. My only complaint would be that the notification beep is too quiet for a busy gym.

I fly various types of remote control gliders. Competitions typically require a basic stopwatch, but having features can be handy. This one offers a great feature set.
You can do count up and count down timing. It has multiple memories, so in DLG competition, you can easily recall all your pilot's times from the round. It can be programmed for multiple count-downs, etc. This thing does lots of stuff. It also measures to 1/1000th of a second. Overkill, but cool to have.
Initially, Robic's are a bit tough to use. Once you run through the manual, the four-button unit is fairly straightforward to use. The stopwatch has a quality feel and the all-important start/stop button has a good feel and works great.
Overall, a good buy for anyone interested in RC competition.

I use this timer for timing lap swimming and it works for training purposes because it can look at old times and compare the newer times. This is a great device and deffinently more reliable and durrable then those 2 dollar timers !
