 Redesigned - Does not cover ears Dec 17, 2009

This product has been redesigned and does not cover ears, but you don't know that from the description online. The surprise comes once you buy the product and see the picture on the box, or open the box and see it is skimpy. I returned cap for a refund.

I have a large head and ordered this cap because someone said it was the largest cap on the market. On the plus side: it's large enough and all my hair fits it, plus hair isn't snagged. But, on the down side, it doesn't keep my hair dry at all - which is what I was hoping for.

Nine year old daughter wanted this cap for Christmas - she swims with the local swim team and has had problems with headaches from caps fitting too tightly. This one was perfect and fun to wear.

This cap does not grab onto the head therefore is very comfortable and easy to put on and remove. I also like the look of it because of the bubbles. The cap seems to slip back from the face a little after a while hence revealing parts of the originally covered ears. This does not bother me since I usually don't prefer my ears entirely covered, but it can be drawback for some people. Overall, it totally meets my needs and I will buy the same kind next time.

I received this cap this morning and used it tonight. According to my previous experience, silicone caps are usually rough feeling, and tight even they can hold your hair dry. This silicone bubble cap is very soft, big enough (applied to my big head and mid-back long hair) and beautiful! It's for sure that it can not keep your hair 100% dry but according to my use, only the hair around the edge of the cap gets wet, the center part and the part that I tied up remain dry. I think this is good enough because recently I haven't seen any caps that can keep my hair totally dry! Good product, will recommend to the one has long hairs!
