I swim about 4 times a week. I bought this shampoo, because I could still smell the chlorine in my hair after using my regular shampoo. After the first use, I did not smell a trace of chlorine and thought what a great product! As for the conditioning part of this product, I'm using an additional conditioning product after shampooing. I think if I had shorter hair, Summer Solutions One Step Shampoo would be a perfect shampoo and conditioner. But my hair is very long and needs more conditioning. All in all, it is a great product.
