This product does indeed get rid of the smell of chlorine. My problem isn't with the product but with the pool I do aquasize in. The effects of the chlorine has already done it's damage by the time I climb out of the pool. The product works well to stop the bleaching of your swimsuit and should be used ASAP when you get out of the pool. I bought 4 bottles of this and will undoubtedly buy more when I run out.

We are constantly trying to clean our families' swimsuits and swim dresses, as we like to swim at the Y several times per week (i.e. mega amounts of chlorine.) Our swimsuits are on the large size and are custom made, therefore expensive, so I want to preserve them as long as possible.
The cleaner does neutralize the chlorine smell, and leaves a fresh, clean smell. I also like that I don't have to rinse it out; that's a definite plus for me.
The negative is that we have up to six swimsuits to do, so this 8 oz. size doesn't go very far at 2 capfuls per suit, maybe 2 weeks at most, if we swim 3 to 4 times that week. I wish I had known that to begin with...yet this was a larger size than other products.
I'm also not sure if it has added much longevity to the swimsuits, as one pair of lycra shorts (always hand washed and dried) has now stretched to the ground just like the ones I did wash in the washer.
It was here quickly, and I like it very much. This is my experience with it.

I am a regular lap swimmer, frustrated by constantly replacing expensive swim suits. Needless to say I was excited to find this product. I bought several bottles of it and tried using it on new suits from the first swim on. I followed the instructions and saw absolutely no improvement in fading or breaking down of the fabrics. Sorry, seems like a total waste of money to me.

this is a great product. i would recommend it to any swimmer who is tired of having there swimsuits wear out from too much use. just use it after you get out of the pool and your swimsuits will stay good as new forever!
