I relatively recently started swimming seriously while training for triathlons. I had been running marathons for a number of years, so when it came to the switch, I wanted to use all legs and only use my arms to steady myself in the water. These really allow you to isolate your upper body for a great workout in the pool. They also definitely help with stroke technique. I bought small, and for now they seem perfect for me.

I've tried a few paddles over the past decade, and these are the best so far. Very good grip and encourage a correct pull path. I'm 5'3", about 125 pounds, and have been swimming for over 10 years. I bought the yellow paddles, and they fit wonderfully.

I purchased these at a size medium (the red ones) and i absolutely love them. After a couple years of swimming without them i started to notice that i didn't always feel like i was working out when swimming in the pool. These added just the right amount of resistance to make we feel like jello getting out the pool and i definitely noticed the muscled soreness the next day. I am really hoping practicing with these improves my Triathlon swim times this year. Definitely recommended!

I have been using them for about three weeks now. The only complaint is the length of the rubber tubing provided for the straps. The tubing is not long enough to double back into another hole for the wrist. Without doubling back, the tubing pulls out frequently when putting hand through. A little frustrating. As soon as I find an alternative strap material, I will replace.

i wanted this item for a while but i never had a chance to shop around then i thought of just purchasing it online. i checked the main website first to see if by any luck they lower the price or put the item on sale but no, so i tried amazon and there it is, price was $8 cheaper from anywhere else!!! i so love these swim paddles & i sooooo love amazon for saving me money.
