I rely on amazon reviews, so I thought I would add my own as currently there is only one review of this product. I bought this for my petite 5 year old daughter for her first year on summer swim team. She has long hair down to her waist which we pull into a loose bun before we put the cap on. I wanted the cap to keep her hair in check but also to help avoid swimmers ear. We used this cap throughout the swim team season every day. It did not pull her hair when we pulled it on or off, fit well enough (would be fine for a older child as there was still plenty of stretch in it) and is still in good shape 10 weeks later after daily wear in the chlorine. I would buy it again.

My eight year old daughter has a very sensitive scalp. It has always been a difficult process getting her swim cap on. Lots of tears and screams! This swim cap has changed all of that. She loves it!! No more tears, screams, or difficulties! In fact, I can even get this swim cap over her dry hair without any problems! Amazing!

I bough this and another brand for my 7 year old daughter, who is on swim team. She is small for her age she also has long hair. The TYR stretches a lot and isnt tight on her. The other brand is thicker and tighter. She liked both but likes how the TYR fit better. We bought this to replace her nemo TYR cap. She also loved that cap but but for almost 2 years she has been known as Nemo. So she decided she would just go plain black.

I bought 2 of these caps for my kids (ages 10 & 8). They both have naturally bleach blonde hair & pool water turns it green everytime. We have tried all the creams and shampoos out there and was finally at my wits end when I bought these caps. I was disapointed that even after the ten mins. it took to get the cap on and adjusted right that it still let water in...& my kids still ended up looking like punk rockers with green streaks in their hair. On the other hand, it did keep the water out of thier ears & for the first time they didn't complain about swimmer's ear.
